Paul: Whispering Pines by Shana Moulton

Shana Moulton was in the Portland Experimental Film Festival last year and her short was definately my favorite of the night we attended. She uses every cheesy, old-school production technique in the book, but in very creative and funny new ways. In one short she puts on a blue mud mask that becomes a psychadelic blue screen full of dancing women. I coulnd’t find that video but Whispering Pines is a lot of fun, too. Enjoy!
